Welcome to nona Women's wellness & therapy
Who We Are
At Nona Women’s Wellness & Therapy, we believe every woman deserves a safe, supportive space to heal, grow, and thrive.
Whether you’re navigating the complexities of motherhood, facing the challenges of menopause, or uncovering a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, we’re here to walk alongside you.
Founded by Yezenia, a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience and a deep passion for women’s mental health, our practice is grounded in compassion, evidence-based care, and a commitment to helping you find balance.
This is more than therapy. It’s community. It’s connection. It’s your place to come home to yourself.
What To Expect
I know starting therapy can feel a little nerve-wracking — like, what am I even supposed to say? If you’re feeling that way, you’re not alone.
Here’s the good news: you don’t need to have it all figured out. Just show up as you are. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on in your world, what’s feeling heavy or confusing, and what you're hoping will feel better. I’ll ask some gentle questions, and you can share as much or as little as you’re ready for. There’s no pressure — just a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
My approach is warm, real, and grounded. I blend holistic, solution-focused tools with things like CBT — but really, it’s about tuning into you. I work with a lot of women who’ve spent years pushing through anxiety, burnout, hormonal changes, or late-diagnosed ADHD, thinking it was “just them.” My goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and supported — not just in sessions, but in your everyday life.
Sessions are usually 50 minutes and happen weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, depending on what works best for you. We’ll check in often and adjust as we go.
Therapy doesn’t have to be scary or serious all the time. It can be a space that feels grounding, honest, even full of lightbulb moments. I’m here to walk alongside you — with curiosity, compassion, and a little humor when we need it.
